I had Morpheus8 preformed by Faye, the Esthetician, at Premier Plastics Surgery Center. It was a great experience! She explained everything very well and answered all my questions. She explained the procedure and what to expect regarding sensation and discomfort; which I had very little. It felt like little pinches. Afterwards she clearly went over what I was allowed to do and what to expect in the healing process. She also took the time to send me an email with instructions on cleansing, moisturizing, and treating my skin in the proper order and the correct time of day. As I mentioned having sensitive skin: dry, easily irritated and very prone to breakout. She has a great knowledge of many products ingredients and helped me to select the best items for my skin. Even though she had the next few days off, she still gave me her email in case I had any concerns to contact her.

I had no idea what to expect walking into a plastic surgery office for the first time, but I do know what great customer service and genuine care for patients looks like. That is exactly what I received with Dr. Ferrari and his team at Premier Plastic Surgery Center.
I feel that Dr. Ferrari spent the right amount of time with me during my initial consultation. He and Patient Care Coordinator Erin were extremely thorough and made sure to address all of my questions and concerns. My consult was for a "mommy makeover" which could sound like a generic package of set services. That was definitely not the case! Dr. Ferrari listened to my areas of concern and put together a completely customized surgery plan for me. He discussed options with me and spent time helping me to make an informed decision on each procedure.
I appreciated the focus on patient safety, as evidenced by Dr. Ferrari's use of an anesthesiologist (M.D.) rather than a nurse anesthetist. He also had me stay at the surgery center overnight to receive one on one care from a dedicated recovery nurse.
Dr. Ferrari places great emphasis and educates his patients on good nutrition and quality supplements to help your body with optimal healing. When I called the office with nerve pain post-procedure, he could have (and would have) called in a prescription medication. Instead, he asked me to try some specific supplements, which I went out and bought that day and never had the nerve pain return. This holistic approach was far better than adding medication, in my opinion.
Now let's talk results! I received a tummy tuck, liposuction to the flanks, a breast lift and breast implants. I am so in love with my new body! I went in for a consultation yesterday, and WOW...this staff is excellent! I just recently considered breast augmentation. Dr. Ferarri and his staff answered every question I could have possibly had about the procedure without me having to say much at all. The receptionist is precious, the nurse who started with me was sweet as pie and very knowledgable, and Dr. Ferrari, he took all my fears away. My husband and I had to bring our almost two year old with us, and I appreciated him being such a good sport about it! I was very pleased with every aspect of the consultation. I really can't say enough great things. I also had a request that was not included in the visit, and the staff accommodated me with no problem. It is so refreshing to have an experience like that from start to finish. I highly recommend this practice and can't wait for my procedure!
Update: About three months post surgery (breast aug), and I can't get over how natural everything looks. I mean...I could not have asked for a better result. So glad I went with Dr. Ferrari for my procedure! 100% satisfied.
Addition 12/18/2018: If you are interested in botox, fillers, etc. Jodie is the BEST!!! Had my very first Juvederm lip filler appointment last week. I was so worried about the pain as I am terrified of needles. I felt nothing. I have raved about this office since the first consultation for my first procedure, and this just shows me that this is the best office all around for not only breast augmentation but EVERYTHING. I think I may be obsessed. HAHA

Made the appointment for Botox and Jenna spoke highly of Dysport. Opted for Dysport. Bruised badly and injections made me more puffy then I was. Jenna was on vacation so no one could talk to me for over a week. Then asked for Jenna to speak with Dr. about what I could do about the results and never heard back. Won't be back and won't recommend to anyone.
