Had Mohs procedure on my nose less than a year ago with my dermatologist, following that I was referred to Dr. Slaughter at the Williams Center. My scar is completed healed and I have to point it out to people because you cannot see it!

I continue to be amazed by the results from my lower body, arm and breast lift. I am still surprised to see my youthful looking body when I look in the mirror. I had an AMAZING experience with Dr. Polynice!! After losing -83lbs through diet & exercise i was left with alot of loose skin & my body just was not something i was proud to show off. The only time i was comfortable being naked was when i was in the shower! lol so surgery was something i finally decided before i turn 35 i was going to do but it was important that i found the PERFECT doctor who could understand my GOAL BODY & who could MAKE IT HAPPEN!?! So when i met with him & did my research on all his prior (mommy makeovers w/o breast job) i was impressed! i explained to him in my consult and showed him pictures of what i want my body to look like! and LET ME TELL YOU, i WOULD RECOMMEND HIM AND I HAVE TO EVERYONE!! I am so happy with the results at just 9 weeks post op i can't contain my excitement! oh and if your worried about the scar like i was before surgery when deciding on getting this done. My scar is almost invisible ALREADY!! I am very strict with my post op care & compression garments it is helping my recovery tremendously. I LOOK AMAZING & am not ashamed to say it!! I plan to come back next year and have him work on my arms next!! Highly recommend him! I am so happy that i chose him to do my mommy makeover! My original mohs surgery removed skin cancer and left a deep hole over an inch in circumference where the side of the nose meets the right cheek. Dr. Slaughter has a terrible name for a plastic surgeon but is a fantastic doctor. I model part time and the directors and photographers have not notice my scar and have not applied makeup; proof of exceptional results.
The other noteworthy comment is the incredibly nice people that work with Dr. Slaughter. The receptionist, assistants and nurses were always delightful. Most Medical offices that I deal with have some very cranky women working the front desk; I barely put up with them because the doctor is good. Dealing with the Williams Center is the exception to the medical field.
The Williams Center has great facilities, great people and a fantastic surgeon in Dr. Slaughter.

I was seeking a face and neck lift because, at 53, I thought I had gotten really old looking and I wanted a rollback of about seven years. I got that and more. You’re going to get more than you expect with Dr. Williams because he doesn’t just do the stated procedure, he finds the pretty. He has a real eye for that, and you won’t be disappointed. What’s more, you’ll look totally natural. When I went for my consult Dr. Williams recommended “too much” for me, both in terms of cost and in the amount of change I could deal with. But he was very easy to communicate with, and he scaled back the procedure to something that fit me. From a technical standpoint, I’m sure his recommendations were correct, but my result is exactly what I wanted. I don’t think I ever looked this good, even when I was younger. For anyone who is considering face/necklift, I encourage you to look at the many pictures on Dr. Williams’ website. Every single person is improved...significantly. I found Dr. Williams to be a good person, who is very talented, and who enjoys what he does. You can count on him to do truly excellent work for you.

My mother had to have surgery for a recurrent melanoma on her face a year ago. We knew that the most important thing was that they got it all, but of course we were concerned with how her face would look and feel after the surgery.
We were nervous about the procedures and the recovery. From our first appointment with Dr Slaughter and his wonderful team we felt confident that Mom would receive the best care and she did.
Any questions we had were quickly answered and Sarah met with us before the day of the surgery and carefully went over everything which really helped.
The surgery to remove the melanoma was extensive and Dr. Slaughter chose to do a skin graft from her neck to cover a large area on her cheek which extended from near her ear to just under her eye.
I was sure that she would have a large permanent scar, but she doesn’t. Even without makeup it’s barely visible, it’s amazing.
To anyone about to go through this scary journey I can safely say that if you have this team you are in the most capable and caring hands there are. Dr Slaughter is our hero.

I first found out about the Williams Center by online searching and found the webpage very professional and organized. I booked my consultation and looked through reviews and was very impressed with how positive everyone’s experience was.

He took his time and always focused on what I considered important. He then explained, in detail, the procedures that met my needs. We built an action plan together. When I woke up after surgery, there he was, smiling and quietly asking how I was feeling. At post op appointments, he looked everything over closely to make sure I was progressing as expected, and again...he asks, 'How are you feeling?" And he listens to the answer. It's surgery, be ready for swelling and tightness-but I had no pain, just a little soreness that was expected based on our discussions.
This is a professionally trained and managed, serious surgery center, all wrapped in a warm blanket of calming culture and personal attention. The pre and post operative appointments are on time, every single staff member or nurse is consistently personable, and the bedside manner of the Dr. Williams is zero ego and all compassion. Dr. Williams is a double board certified facial plastic surgeon and performed a deep plan lift for me on 4.23.18 (49 yr old, white male). It has been about 4 months in recovery and I am truly happy and satisfied with our very excellent result. Dr. WIlliams is an extremely talented, experienced and gifted facial plastic surgeon. In the lead up to surgery Dr. Williams met with me personally to discuss my goals, challenges and anticipated results. He treated me with kindness, respect, decency and caring the first time I met him and offered his time on follow up phone consultations, totaling many hours, to address my questions, in detail and at technical level that he was more than happy and welcoming in discussing. Each time he offered me extreme patience to allow me to fully communicate to him both on the calls and in writing afterwards. I had been joking about having a facelift for twenty years when I first noticed jowls developing. When I started avoiding cameras and giving up on turtlenecks that framed a sagging contour, I turned to Dr. Williams, trusting a friend’s recommendation.
All apprehension was dispelled from my first phone conversation with Cheryl, the patient care coordinator, followed by an open seminar night and subsequent consultation. It was then that we agreed , not only on a lower face lift, but that it was possible to eliminate the “death mask” I was developing around my eyes as my 71 year old face was sagging and caving in.

Dr. Polynice performed a tummy tuck and liposuction on me and I am very excited with the results; my tummy looks fabulous and so too does my belly button. In addition to looking fabulous, having the fat and extra skin removed has alleviated the pain in my lower back as well as the chronic stomach aches that I had from all the excessive pressure caused by the fat in my abdominal area. Such a tremendous outcome! Thankfully, the doctor was careful and skilled enough to retain my figure, the curve of my waist was not at all ill-affected by the surgical procedure; that was very important to me. I had chosen to see Dr. Williams as he specializes in surgery on just the face and have several friends that had surgery with him. I’m so glad I did!!! I had lower eye lid surgery with fat transfers to my lower lids and mid face and I’m thrilled with my results! At my initial consultation I was shown what my lower lids would look like after surgery and that’s exactly how my lower lids looked. I look natural and I’m so excited I no longer have bags under my eyes. I would highly recommend Dr. Williams and the overall atmosphere of his office is definitely top notch.

I can not say enough about the way Dr Williams and his staff made me feel when I had my mini facelft! They were all so reassuring and took me thru the process making me feel like I was the only patient they had. From the time I first met Dr. Williams, I knew he was going to be my surgeon of choice. I had some procedures with another surgeon and looking back feel he did too many procedures on me that I may not have needed. The Patient Care Coordinator I met with helped to answer questions I had after meeting with the doctor. She even had called me back after checking with Dr. Williams on one of the questions to make sure the information she was giving me was correct. I feel like the younger me..only a little more aged. Until you improve an area of your face that you are bothered by, you can not imagine how you feel when you look in the mirror. I would recommend Dr. Williams and his staff to anyone!
